Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes the color ordered doesn’t match a client’s hair. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

  • Email lotusandjunehair@gmail.com about your return
  • We will reply to you within 5 business days with our return address and instructions
  • Your item(s) must be unused and completely intact
  • You must ship back in the original biodegradable packaging
  • You will need to include a copy of your invoice
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend that you get a tracking order as we will not be responsible for lost returns
  • Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will ensure that it is eligible for a refund and notify you via email on the status of your return
  • Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original form of payment less a 15% restocking fee

 

    EXCHANGES

    We understand that sometimes the color ordered doesn’t match a client’s hair. We are more than happy to exchange your Lotus + June Extensions, if they have not been opened, within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

    • We will reply to you within 5 business days with our return address and instructions
    • Your item (s) must be unused and completely intact
    • You must ship back in the original biodegradable packaging
    • You will need to include a copy of your invoice
    • You will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs
    • We recommend that you get a tracking order as we will not be responsible for lost returns
    • Upon receiving your exchange item(s), we will ensure that it is eligible for a exchange and notify you via email on the status of your exchange
    • Once the exchange is determined, we will be happy to ship out your requested color at no additional cost or shipping costs
